Green Acres was established in 1997 and is situated in the quaint village of Kettlesing in the heart of Nidderdale, an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' within the Yorkshire Dales. The surrounding area offers dramatic and contrasting landscapes with panoramic views of lush green meadows, rolling farmland and sheltered river valleys.

Whether for sightseeing, walking or just a peaceful relaxing holiday we are the ideal location and offer a first class service which includes attention to detail and a very high standard of cleanliness. Our aim is to make your stay a pleasant, comfortable and memorable one.
Apart from just two access steps we provide ground floor accommodation for 2 people. A delicious hearty breakfast is served and we try to use all local produce wherever possible including our own free range eggs.

A two minute walk takes you to the local pub which has a wide range of hand pulled beers and freshly prepared meals. Harrogate and the surrounding villages, approximately a 5 to 10 minute drive away, offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and wine bars catering for every individual taste.
Guests have sole use of a patio area, complete with a gas bar-b-que, which overlooks the fields towards Kettlesing village and the stream. This is the ideal place to sit and unwind after a hard day’s sightseeing as it is so peaceful and quiet.

There are many local walks around the area, including nearby reservoirs which offer spectacular scenery.
We have ample off street parking.
